The Lazy Man's Way to Riches, LLC Privacy Policy

The Lazy Man's Way To Riches LLC strictly forbids the use of our name, trademark, copyright, services or products in unsolicited commercial e-mail (UCE) or SPAM campaigns.

We maintain a Zero-Tolerance policy against SPAM, be it direct, third party or any affiliate or similar agent acting on our behalf.

We consider the following to be a violation of this policy:

1. Sending electronic communications to any contact without their express consent or a provable established business relationship through our service.

2. Disguising or otherwise obfuscating the nature of any URL or link from our system, or the purpose of any e-mail sent through our service.

3. Using any TheLazyMansWayToRiches.com or ANY of our related web properties URL in any UCE from any source.

4. Sending UCE through any third party, that directs the recipient to any website that links to TheLazyMansWayToRiches.com or ANY of our related web properties URL, utilizes any of our services, or contains any URL relating back to the domains used, controlled or owned by The Lazy Mans Way To Riches LLC.

5. Spamming, or otherwise flooding news groups and forums with posts including any of our links or URLs, or posting links to any site that utilizes or references TheLazyMansWayToRiches.com or ANY of our related web properties.

Any user found to be involved in a SPAM/UCE campaign, involving the services provided by TheLazyMansWayToRiches.com in any capacity, including flooding news groups, distributing messages to recipients that have not specifically requested the information, or any other abuse of our system contravening CAN SPAM UCE legislation will be met as follows:

1. The affiliate account will be closed immediately, without burden of notice or compensation.

2. A US $500.00 administration fee will be incurred against the offending client.

3. Our Privacy Policy becomes forfeit, and all pertinent information will be provided to any investigating authorities or anti-Spam organizations.

4. All information contained within your affiliate account will be forfeit, with no consideration of retrieval. If you have received an unsolicited e-mail using any of our domains or company name, we want to know. Send any inquiries to abuse @TheLazyMansWayToRiches.com.

Please include the entire original message, including the full headers of the spam that you received. Our team will ensure that the problem is dealt with, and that your privacy is assured.
